Born May 9, 1964, she was the daughter of Beatrice (Robertson) and the late Michael Parkyn. Karyn was a loving and devoted mother and is survived by her three children Shauna, Jonathan and Michaelah. She is also survived by her three Grandchildren Acey, Alexis and Tyler; Brother Brian (Bernice) and sister Heather (Greg) Desveaux.
Karyn had a tremendous sense of humor and was always passionate about helping others whenever she could. At the time of her passing she was a volunteer with " Caring For Our Community of Dartmouth Association" making meals for the unhoused people around the city.
Karyn will be sadly missed by all her family.
