Margaret Pearl Weaver, age 88 passed away peacefully on May 27, 2026 at the Halifax Infirmary. Margaret was a resident at Melville Lodge for the past 4 years where she made many friends. She loved her BINGO games and Lexicon puzzles.
Margaret was born in Falkland Ridge, Annapolis County, NS on October 30, 1937. She worked at the Sanatorium in Kentville from 1958-1961, she then moved to Dartmouth and finished out her career at the Camp Hill Hospital from 1961-1996.
Margaret is survived by her niece, Patricia (Ted) Llewellyn; nephew, Glen (Ivy) Weaver and great-nephews, Rod and Alex (Adrienne) Llewellyn. She was predeceased by her parents, Norman and Alice Weaver and brothers Chester and Glenwood Weaver.
A Funeral Service will be held on June 2, 2026, at 11:00 am at Life Branch Church, 10 Lancaster Dr, Dartmouth, NS. Interment will follow the service at the Falkland Ridge Baptist Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice.
