Paul Edward VanWychen

VanWychen, Paul Edward - It is with broken hearts that the family of beloved husband and father Paul Edward VanWychen, announce his sudden passing August 21st, 2013. Born in Middle Musquodoboit Nova Scotia, he was the loving son of Whilhemina (Huybers) and the late Peter VanWychen. Paul is survived by his adoring wife Carrie Neville-VanWychen and his precious boys, Gage, Blake and Hunter. From a large family of eleven siblings, Paul leaves behind five brothers; Martinus, Johnny, James, Michael, Peter and five sisters; Kathy, Mary, Dorothy, Susan, his beloved Judy and their families. Paul enjoyed an active lifestyle with his family, traveling, snowboarding at Martock all winter and spending summers at the lake swimming and hiking. Paul spent every moment taking care of the people whom he loved and devoted himself to making their lives better. A true gentleman, gracious and most kind, he was a blessing to all whose lives he touched. Paul worked for Holcim Canada as a Regional Supervisor and he will be dearly missed by all his friends and colleagues. A memorial visitation will be held for Paul at A. L. Mattatall's Funeral Home at 217 Portland St. Dartmouth, on Sunday August 25 from 3pm-6pm, his funeral service will be held 11am Monday August 26th at St Peters Roman Catholic Church at 10 Maple St. Dartmouth NS.
