Campbell, Peter Albert-80, of Dartmouth passed away July 21, 2012 at the Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Yarmouth, he was a son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Alexander Campbell. Peter was a member of the Woodlawn Masonic Lodge #131 and a member of the Philae Shriners. He loved to fly and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Peter was also a member of the Dartmouth Trap and Skeet Club for many years and was a hunting safety instructor. He worked most of his career for DND, where he enjoyed his work and the people there.
Peter was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He was predeceased by his wife, Ruth Thompson and brother Sandy.
Visitation will be held on Friday July 27th from 7-9pm in A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home, 217 Portland Street, Dartmouth, with a Masonic Service at 7pm. Funeral service will be 10am Saturday July 28th in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow in Dartmouth Memorial Gardens.
