She was the only child of Cardy and Evelyn Palfrey and was predeceased by her beloved husband Ernest Hayes in 1991.
She is survived by her son Brian and wife Anne - Dartmouth, daughter Carol and husband Nick Thomas - California, three grandchildren, Alex (Marla), Erin (Josh) and Matt (Beth) and two great grand children , Reid and Sage.
The Family would like to thank Parkland staff for the wonderful, compassionate care they provided to our mother while at Nantucket and Jamieson Halls
A private family ceremony will take place at a later date.
