Armando “Pillo” Flores, 38, of Davenport passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at University Hospitals Iowa City, IA. Visitation will be Sunday 3-7pm with a prayer service at 5:30pm in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be in Mexico at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family. Armando was born July 10, 1975 in Texcoco, Mexico, Mexico to Armando Flores Perales & Patricia Cortez Garcia.
Pillo was a huge fan of the Atlanta Braves baseball team and the Cruz Azul soccer team. He is survived by his daughter Vanessa “Thalia” Flores & a son Luis Diego Flores. Pillo will be remembered with love forever by his brothers, sisters, extended family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
