Belvan P. Gerischer, 47, of Davenport passed away on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at The Ivy Assisted Living. Per his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Belvan was born on September 4, 1975 in Davenport to Michael and Thelma (Fields) Gerischer. He was a graduate of Davenport West High School. Belvan was a welder for Mclaughlin Body for 17 years. He loved to go fishing, camping and was a Chicago Cubs fan, he also enjoyed watching Nascar. Belvan loved spending time with his family and friends. Belvan was a member of VFW Post 828.
Survivors include his loving companion, Shantelle Hahn; father, Michael Gerischer; sisters, Dorothy Gerischer and Darla Phillips and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Thelma; two sisters, Dena and Danette and one brother, Michael.
