Betty J. Ruprecht-Ratzlaff, 72, of Davenport IA, passed away on Sunday May 31st, 2020. A memorial service will be held at The Runge Mortuary on Sunday June, 7th 2020 at 2:00 pm. Betty was born on April 2nd, 1948 in Davenport IA to Mervin and Josephine Ramm. She was united in marriage to the love of her life Frank on September 16th, 2000, where they enjoyed 20 years of marital bliss.
Betty enjoyed flowers, working in the yard, fishing, animals and spending time with her family at their cabin in Lake Odessa.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Frank; sons, Doug (Lisa Barnett) Ruprecht, Phillip Ruprecht; her sisters, Mary Wells, Shirley Conklin and Billie Daughenbough and her brother John Ramm. Her parents proceeded her in death.
