Davenport, IA Funeral services for Betty F. Stanley, 75, of Davenport will be 1:30 pm on Friday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary, Davenport. Family will greet friends on Friday from 11:30am to 1:30 pm pm at the Mortuary. Burial will be at the Rock Island National Cemetery, Rock Island. Betty passed away at Select Specialty Care on Monday, April 13, 2009.Cunnick-Collins Mortuary in charge of arrangments.Betty Faye Estes was born on September 9, 1933 in Winfield,Alabama, the daughter of William and Lillie (Flippo) Estes. She married Earnest Stanley on September 9, 1958 in Rock Island. Betty worked as a receptionist at WOC at the same time Ronald Reagan worked there. She also worked for Brammer Cabinetry, and she most recently worked at Crescent Dry Cleaners in Davenport.Betty was an avid Cubs fan, she also enjoyed reading, working crossword puzzles, and making ceramics.Survivors include her husband Earnest of Davenport, sons; Britt (Robin Lee) Stanley of Davenport, Boyd (Jennifer Hutchins) Stanley of Davenport, Barry (Cynthia) Stanley of Eldridge, 10 grandchildren, Brooke, Britt II, Jessica, Spring, Kaylee, David, Sarah, Ethan, Erin, Emily, 7 great – grandchildren, Kyleigh, Brooklynn, Mason, Trey, Monica, Natalie, Michael, Ciara, and a sister; Willodean Myers of Rock Island.She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters.
