Brenda Lee Williams

Brenda was born on August 21, 1971, in Davenport, Iowa, to the late Oakley G. Caskey. She grew up surrounded by family and carried that love forward throughout her life. Brenda was known for her kind heart, quiet strength, and unwavering devotion to those she loved most. She had a way of making everyone feel safe, supported, and deeply cared for. Her love wasn’t just something she gave, it was something you felt in every moment with her.

Above all, Brenda was a wonderful and devoted mother who truly lived for her children. Everything she did was rooted in her love for them, always putting their needs before her own and standing by them through every moment of life. She was also an incredibly proud and loving grandmother. She absolutely cherished being a grandma, and her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren—Desya Amón Donnta Hanes and SaDéa Alaysia Marie Hanes—showering them with love, laughter, and guidance. She spoke often with excitement and joy about meeting her unborn grandchild(ren), something she looked forward to with her whole heart.

Brenda is survived by her children: Justin Heim of Davenport, Iowa; Codie Heim of Florida; Hailie Briggs of Davenport, Iowa; Sydney Price of Davenport, Iowa; and Zachary Price of Rock Island, IL. She is also survived by her sisters, Dorothy (Omar) Ford of Wapello, Iowa, and Mary (Tony) Estes of Stronghurst, Illinois; her brother, John (Stephanie) Caskey; Randy Price, Rock Island, IL, the love of her life; her cherished grandchildren; Davon Makiy Burge-Trimby , Desya Amón Donnta Hanes , SaDéa Alaysia Marie Hanes, Baby B and many other loved ones.

Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Oakley G. Caskey; her brother, Oakley J.Caskey; and her grandparents, Oakley A. and Dorothy M Caskey.
