Memorials may be made in her name to the Alzheimer’s Association.
Carol was born on July 25, 1941 in Davenport, the loving daughter of Harvey and Jeanne (Anderson) Smith. She attended Davenport High School. On May 9, 1959, she married Gary Morrison in DeWitt. They went on to enjoy 61 years of marriage and share one child.
Carol enjoyed crafting, sewing and cross stitching. She will be remembered as a delightful, happy person and will be greatly missed.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Gary, son, Jeff, grandson, Sam, beloved nephew, Scott Smith, niece, Lisa Smith and a cherished friend, Kimberly Smith.
In addition to her parents, Carol is preceded in death by brothers, Ross and Wayne Smith.
