A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 6 at 1:00 PM and will go up until the funeral at 2:00 PM.
Clif was born on February 23, 1937, to Ray and Viola (Stock) Siems.
He graduated from Davenport High School. On December 15, 1956, he married Sally (Norpel) Siems. He worked as a police officer obtaining the rank of Lieutenant before retiring after 30 years.
Clif is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Viola.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sally, daughters Candace (Patrick) Broders and Lisa (Martin) Orwitz; grandchildren Ryan (Leslie) Bnopens, Nicholas (Kristen) Borders, Olivia Orwitz (Tom Collum), Mick Orwitz, and Natalie Orwitz; and great grandchildren Jordan and Seth Broders.
