Deane Schroeder, 86, of Davenport, passed away March 11th, 2012 at Genesis East Hospital. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, March 16th, 2012 at The Runge Mortuary. Deane was born May 2nd, 1925 the son of John and Vivian (Dean) Schroeder. He married Joanne McDonald in Davenport on October 20th, 1956. Deane retired from Eagle Signal as a welder after 25 years. He especially had a love for his family and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Joanne, Davenport, son Steve (Jeannie) Schroeder, Houston, TX, daughter Jody (Brent) Nimrick, Taylor Ridge, four grandchildren Branden and Danielle Nimrick, and Daniel and Darren Schroeder.
