Mr. Colbert was born on October 29, 1929 in Wellington, Kansas to Martin and Inger (Andreasen) Colbert.
Mr. Colbert was a retired Davenport City Bus Driver.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Marlene, Davenport; two sisters, Jean Clay and Norma Scherff, both of Davenport; daughter Sharon Miller, East Moline, IL; sons Donald G. Colbert, Forest City, AK, and Raymond Colbert, Davenport; four grandchildren, Jeremy Farnum, Brian Lamb, Kelly Colbert, and Brenda Colbert; nine great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.
Donald was preceded in death by his son, Randy Colbert, on June 19, 1999.
