Dorothy Ruth Raley

Dorothy R. Raley, 85, of Davenport, IA passed away on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Genesis East. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 27, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family. She was united in marriage to Kenneth Raley on October 19, 1955 in Yuma, AZ. He passed away on March 6, 2013. Dorothy was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed playing Bingo and loved flowers. Those left to cherish her memory are son, Kenneth Raley Jr., daughter-in-law, Faith Raley; sister, Marlene VanKooten.; grandchildren, Tony and Kristy, Ken, and John; great-grandchildren, Christopher and Randy Jr. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Raley Sr.; father, Joel R. Lamb; mother, Golda B. Lamb, brothers: Warren, Norman, Cecil, Dale, and Donald; sisters: Helen Kerkove, Los Angeles, CA, and Mildred Morrison, Grinnell, IA.
