Edward Clyde (E. J.) Jenkins, 60, of Milan, passed away Monday, January 25, 2016 at Trinity Rock Island. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2016 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the mortuary. Edward was born on January 11, 1956, the son of Eugene and Irene (Ginneberge) Jenkins. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family and traveling. He was a loving and compassionate man. He was employed at Xpac in Milan.
Survivors include his mother, Irene Jenkins; sisters, Sally Schnoover and Valerie Heald, all of Amarillo, TX and Dian Hoyt, LeClaire; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Jenkins and brother, Jeff Jenkins.
