Jerry never wanted to sit idle, he was always planning for his next adventure in the great outdoors. Whether biking, hiking, snowshoeing, running, or planting a variety of seedlings in his flower gardens, he loved it all. Throughout his life, he was extremely enthusiastic about helping others. He volunteered much of his time with St. Paul Lutheran Church, local food pantries, Habitat for Humanity, and multiple other entities around the community. Most of all, Jerry deeply cherished time with his family and friends. His children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the anchor line to his adventurous lifestyle. Jerry always tried to be in attendance when it was time for one of their sporting events, baptism, graduation, or wedding, ready to give a big hug, a few words of “his” wisdom followed by “I love you millions.” Jerry lived his life to the fullest.
Let’s come together to remember Jerry’s life and send him love on his next adventure. His memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at St. Paul Lutheran Church from 10 to 11 a.m. with the service beginning at 11 a.m. Memorial contributions may be left to St. Paul Lutheran Church.
