Gertrude “Bobbie” Stoner, 77, of Davenport, formerly of DeWitt, IA, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at the Davenport Lutheran Home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 18, 2013 at 11:30 AM at The Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be Sunday from 3 to 6:00 pm at the mortuary. Burial will be in Oakdale Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials may be made to the family. She was married for 25 years to George Stoner; he passed away on June 30, 2007. She worked for Genesis West Medical Center where she retired from after many years of service. She found great enjoyment gambling and had a great sense of humor.Those celebrating her life include her daughter and son-in-law, Sunnie and Tom Andresen, Walcott, IA; granddaughters, Brandie Andresen, Davenport and Danielle Andresen, Walcott; cousin, Richard Schutters, Davenport and her very dear friend, Dorothy Noonan, Davenport. Her parents preceded her in death.
