Born on December 19, 1930, in San Jon, New Mexico, she lived a full and generous life devoted to her family and the simple joys that brought her happiness. She was the cherished widow of Frank Lane, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and memories until his passing in 2005.
Irma is survived by her three children: Cheryll Pakzad, Colleen (Gerald) Lienen, and Layne (Tamara) Davis; six grandchildren Jason Pakzad, Matt (Cathie) Lienen, Jessica Lienen, Sabrina Pakzad, Alex Pakzad, Alex Wyhs; four great-grandchildren Allison Lienen, Em (James) McBride, Dylan Pakzad, Andrea Pakzad; and one great-great-grandchild Eren McBride— each of whom brought immense pride and joy to her life. Her legacy of love, kindness, and strength lives on through every one of them.
Known for her warmth and sharp wit, Irma found joy in the little things. She loved playing cards with family, where her competitive spirit thrived. She had an eye for a good bargain and relished her shopping trips. But more than anything, she treasured time spent with her family gathered around the table.
Irma will be remembered for her unwavering love, generous heart, and the joy she brought to all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed, forever cherished, and never forgotten.
