Jack was born on January 30, 1936 in West Virginia, the son of Robert and Virginia (McComas) Berry. He married Dolly Camp in 1955 in Detroit, Michigan.
Jack enjoyed golf and loved music. He would sing around the Quad Cities and entertained at nursing homes.
Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Dolly, Davenport, IA; daughter, Tina (Kim) Larson, Mandeville, LA; grandchildren: Nick (Amanda) Larson; Whitney Larson , Makenzie (Doyle) Magee and Dion Larson; great grandchildren: Rhya, Rhylee and Jimmer; sister Terry (Tom) Davi, Bradenton, Florida; nephews Tony (Ashley) Davi and Phil Davi and great nieces Isabella and Sophia Davi, all of Bradenton, Florida.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents.
