Jim Keenan, 72, passed away on April 12, 2022, at Clarissa Cook Hospice House in Bettendorf, Iowa. He had been surrounded by the love of his children, church community, friends, and family. There will be a service at First Presbyterian Church in Davenport on May 14th at 10:30AM. A reception will follow at the Enabling Garden inside Vander Veer Botanical Gardens. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Davenport's First Presbyterian Church, YMCA Camp Widjiwagan and River Action, Davenport.
Jim is survived by his four children: John Keenan, Peter Keenan, Alexandra Pope and Andria Dornan. He adored his five grandchildren: Sally, Archer, Noah, Gus and Rhys. Survivors also include three sisters: Susan Gnagy, Martha Anderson, and Barbara Bussen.
Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Culver Keenan and Margaret Keenan. As well as his sister, Betsy Hickman.
