I was lucky enough to know Joann about 30 years ago.  All I can say is what a sweet lady she was.  Enjoy your rest, sister!

I am so sad to hear Joann has passed.  We were best friends at Alleman High School.  We shared joyous times together.  I actually taught Joann to drive a car.  Joann was always  a happy lady.  I am so sorry to have missed her funeral.  She had a very strong faith in God.  What a wonderful friend.  Joann Jefferis Acuff

We were sorry to hear of the loss of JoAnn.  Please keep her close in your hearts to step you through your grief, and continue to heal your hearts as you treasure special memories of your Mom, Sister and Grandma. 

JoAnn's spirit was full of laughter and positive thoughts.  She was caring, compassionate and a good friend of our family for many years.  I did try contacting her a few years ago.

Joann was care in action. My favorite memories of my time with her were when we would gather with our small Tuesday morning prayer group for an hour or so each week. Always faithful. Always supportive. Always loving. It was my honor to know Joann, and to have her as my friend. My condolences to her sweet family. You are in my thoughts. Thanks for sharing your mother.

Randy and Kim, I’ll never forget the first time that I met your mom, she had such an infectious smile.  She will be missed.

To the family of joann you have my deepest condolences .you are all in my thoughts and prayers 🙏 ❤️. She was my friend.  She was beautiful inside and outside. And boy could she dress up jazzy 😍.  I met her though my good friend Sammy and Mark Benson . May she rest in peace .

JoAnn was such an inspiration so many times when she was at the Vineyard. There was a time my 30yr old son at the time was having heart surgery she came to the hospital and her prayers and hugs was all I needed. She was a great woman of faith, love and compassion I will miss you it was great to still be connected even more days down the road it was always a reunion of friends. Till we meet again our friend.

My husband and I went to church with JoAnn for many years. We were close. She was so faithful to pray with me and for me. We were "Birthday Buddies" having both been born on Feb 5th, although many years apart. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I know she will be missed by many.

Joanns sweet, loving spirit will not be forgotten. She treated me like an adopted granddaughter. I will miss her talks, hugs, prayers  and wisdom. She was a rare person and I’ll cherish every memory of her.

Aunt Joann was a loving and kind person. She will be missed very much.

JoAnn has been a good friend for the time we lived in Davenport.  I think of her being joyful and full of life.  She loved going out with us to the Family Restaurant and Whiteys.  We can’t wait to see her again in glory with her beloved Savior.  Condolences to her family and friends.  She will be very missed.
