Joyce A. Long, 79, of Eldridge passed away on August 20, 2024 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Weerts Funeral Home. Joyce was born on May 13, 1945 in Davenport, IA to Vincent and Lois (Speth) Moore. She was united in marriage to Gary Long on November 20, 1976 in Davenport. Joyce worked as a Real Estate agent for many local realtor agencies, retiring in 2020. She enjoyed camping, reading, bingo and crocheting.
Survivors include her children, Gary (Deb) Whitcomb, David (Tonya) Whitcomb, Dan Whitcomb; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and 1 brother, Harold Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and 3 brothers.
