

She was surrounded by family and friends during her final hours.
In a selfless act, she had already decided to be an organ donor. Her heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and eyes will save the lives of others so a part of her physical body will live on.
Julie is the beloved daughter of Thomas and Marty Fuller of Davenport, Iowa. Born March 21, 1976, in the District of Columbia, Julie was an energetic and driven individual. She excelled at everything she did, she strove to be the best and often was. Julie loved spending time socializing with friends and vacationing.
Julie graduated from Francis Howell-North High School in St. Charles, Missouri, where she was a cheerleader. Following that she lived in Indiana for about 15 years. Julie then met her husband Tim while on a vacation cruise. After meeting Tim she moved to Davenport, Iowa and from then on they were inseparable.
Julie and Tim, her husband of 12 years spent their time annually traveling to tropical places and hanging out with friends often.
She loved to sing and had a beautiful voice. She captivated audiences at weddings and events with her harmonious tunes.
Julie had a very successful career, including her latest employment at Kelly Services. She joined Kelly in 2016 where she served as Operations Director, managing the John Deere account, supporting Deere's contingent workforce needs across North America. With her leadership and tenure across Kelly and beyond, she established a large network of colleagues who sought her leadership and also considered her a friend.
Julie is survived by her devoted husband Tim, her parents Thomas and Marty Fuller, her brother Jason and his wife Melanie, her In-laws Steve and Julie Richters, in-laws Andrea and Josh Willems, her nephews Aaron and Brendan Fuller and Jacob Willems, and her cats Sophie, Libby, and Rizzo.
A memorial service celebrating Julie’s life will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 12-3 pm at the Runge Mortuary.
