Keith R. Hentges

Keith Robert Hentges, 59, of Davenport, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2014 in Scott County as a result of a car accident. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 1, 2014 at 10:00 am at the Runge Mortuary. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-8 pm at the mortuary. Keith was born January 27, 1955 in Dubuque, IA. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. He retired from ALCOA after more than thirty years of service. He was owner and operator of Hilltop Cycles Center in Davenport and also drove school bus for the Davenport Community School District. His life was centered around motorcycles, race cars and anything with speed. Keith also enjoyed fishing and spending time with his many friends. He is survived by one daughter, Heather, Davenport; granddaughters: Hannah and Addyson; brother, Tony; sisters: Sarah Roe and Ann Marie DeSha and many, many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard Hentges and Marian Meyer; brother, Dewey and his best friend Randy Stotlar.
