Kelly J. Strassburger, 39, of Davenport, passed away Friday, October 2, 2015 at Genesis West in Davenport. Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 3834 Rockingham Road, Davenport. Visitation will be from 10-11 am, Wednesday, at the church. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Handicapped Development Center-Green Wing Youth or Immanuel Lutheran Church. Survivors include: parents Mary Strassburger and Gary Strassburger and Deb Kelly, all of Davenport; grandmother Delores Stanger; two nephews; many cousins, aunts, uncles, and special care givers at Handicapped Development Center, Davenport, Iowa and REM, Inc. of Hiawatha, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Amie Nemitz and three grandparents.
