Kevin T. Adam was surrounded by friends and family as he passed May 10th 2024 at Genesis Hospital in Davenport, Iowa at the age of 63. Kevin never wanted a sad occasion after his earthly passing BUT a party! There will be a get together Sunday, June 16th at the Bettendorf Lagoon Park in Bettendorf, Iowa 1:30-4:30p (ish) with a Jazz procession at 2p followed by some food. Come if you can and bring some good stories to share!
Kevin was born June 3rd, 1960 in Brooklyn New York to Robert Adam and Louise (Gatto). He was the eldest of the children and had many stories of his upbringing in the City and Long Island. He married Linda (Jones) and they had 2 children, Thomas and Kristen.
Kevin had an aptitude for knowledge and graduated with honors from Sachem High School and proceeded onward to many schools as he traveled the country with his young family. Kevin graduated Summa Cum Lauda from Palmer Chiropractic in 1993, in Davenport, and set up practices in Rockford, Illinois, and the Quad City area until moving onto other endeavors. Kevin remarried with Linda Jamieson March 5th, 2006. They loved their pets, setting up their life, volunteering, and adventures together.
Kevin served as a spiritual teacher and authored books on Spirituality. His influence continues through these carefully documented insights. He cared about others and the environment, and his interest was in serving the greatest good. He was overall capable of many occupations and interests including woodworking, car and home repairs, and cooking. Some of his employments included managing a Wendy’s, working in the finance department at New Choices, Inc., and owning River Pup, a dog boutique.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Linda Jamieson; children Thomas/Natalie Ash and Kristen (Brian) Gosselin; grandson Luka Gosselin; parents Robert and Louise, siblings Mary Adam and Michael (Trich) Adam; nieces and nephews, Jonathan Beil, Christopher Adma, Brandyn Smith, Kylie Gehl; and extended family and friends. He will truly be missed.
