Kevin R. Petty

He was the son of Wilbur and Glada (Shadrick) Petty. He married Kathryn Walsh on July 28, 2001. On Friday, August 25, 2023, at the age of 67, passed away at home.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 1-5pm at Princeton Boll's Community Center. The address is 428 River Drive in Princeton Iowa. The family looks forward to spending time and sharing memories of Kevin with family and friends.

Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Kathy of Princeton, Iowa; children, Ryan (Ashley) Petty of Warsaw, Indiana, Sarah (Kyle) Jegerlehner of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jennilee Walsh of East Moline, Illinois, and Michele Walsh of LeClaire, Iowa; mother, Glada Petty of Davenport, Iowa; sisters, Vicki (Mel) Kyseth of Troutman, North Carolina, and Cheryl (Bob) Docerty of New Concord, Kentucky; brothers, Jeff (Denise) Petty of Princeton, Iowa, and Jr (Linda) Petty of Pleasant Valley, Iowa; grandchildren, Mackenzie and Kaiden Petty, Addison and Aubree Jegerlehner, Rylee Eckstein, Makenzie, Glenda, Sunny, and Hank Christner; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Wilbur in 2009 and his sister, Lisa in 2012.
