Mary L. Traschler, 72, of Davenport passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Genesis East Medical Center. A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2022 at Weerts Funeral Home. Online condolences may be expressed at www.weertsfh.com.
Mary was born on August 18, 1950 in Liverpool, England to Ronald H. and Muriel (Day) Nixon. She was united in marriage to Peter Traschler in 1976. He preceded her in death in 1997. Mary worked various jobs, mostly as a machinist. She was on a bowling league with her son. Mary enjoyed the simple pleasures in life.
Survivors include her sons, Richard Nixon of Nevada and David Traschler of Davenport; one grandson Skylar; her family in England, her extended families in the Quad Cities: the Graap’s and Thomas’s.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
