Funeral services for Michael L. Skinner, 55, of Davenport, will be 10:30 am on Tuesday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary. Burial will follow at Pinehill Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Monday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Mortuary.Michael passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at his home in Davenport.Cunnick-Collins Mortuary assisting family with arrangements.Michael Lloyd Skinner was born on August 25, 1957 in Ottumwa, IA, the son of Raymond Skinner. He graduated from Bettendorf High School in 1976. Michael and Penny just celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary. They were married on September 23, 1977 in Davenport. Michael worked at Midland Press as a Binder for 16 years. Survivors include his wife Penny of Davenport, a daughter; Amber (David) Ford of Davenport, sons; Michael (Trisha) Skinner of LeClaire, IA, Cody (Bryanna) Skinner of LeClaire, Andrew (Courtney) Skinner of Davenport, 9 grandchildren, brother, Raymond (Chris) Skinner of Rock Island, and father and mother-in-law, Paul and Monie Mooney of Bettendorf.He was preceded in death by his father.Memorials may be made to the familyOnline condolences may be shared with the family at www.Cunnick-Collins.com.
