Norita Ann Stahr, 85, of Davenport, died Tuesday, February 16, 2021. There will be no services. Interment will be in Davenport Memorial Park. Norita was born July 23, 1935 to Cecil and Ethel Bartels. She graduated high school in 1953 and married George Stahr in 1955 in Davenport. She was a stay at home mom who went back to school herself when her children were in school. She became a licensed practical nurse after completing a two-year program. She worked for many years at Urological Associates in Davenport. She was an avid sports fan, especially the Cubs and Hawkeyes. She loved animals of every kind. Her husband George preceded her in death in 1996 and her son David in 2018. Survivors include her daughters, Christine (Bruce) Mayer, Lino Lakes, Minn., and Karen (Terry) Stark, Ft. Myers, Florida, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
