Norman N. Freeman

Services will be 2:00pm Monday, October 6, 2025, at the Runge Mortuary & Crematory. The family will greet friends from 12:00pm to 2:00pm. Cremation will follow the service. Please share condolences with the family at www.rungemortuary.com.

Norm was born April 26, 1955, in Osterberg, Germany to Nathan & Maria (Hoffer) Freeman.

Stormin Norman had been an CDL Driver for over 30 years as an owner operator and retired from Rolling Oats LTD in Muscatine 2004.

Norman enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino, fishing, and watching action & crime shows. He was very sociable person and loved to share stories. His family was very important to him, especially his grand & great grandchildren.

Surviving Norman are his 4 daughters Angela (Christopher) Freeman-McAfee, Dominique Hodges, Albre (Dasmond) Carter, & Melony Frost; son Wade Freeman; additional children Larissa, Tasha, & Janina; grandchildren maria, Domani, Lilly, Izabellah, Anthony, Luna, Brooklyn, and one other grandson.

Norman was preceded in death by his parents, 2 great grandchildren James Hodges & Anahi Freeman Galvan, & 2 siblings Gerhart Hoffer-Freeman & Elizabeth Hoffer.
