Randal L. Cottrell, 56, of Davenport passed away Friday, June 29, 2012 in Davenport following a brief illness. Following cremation, a memorial service will be held in Chariton, Iowa at a later date. Mr. Cottrell was born May 13, 1956 in Davenport, Iowa, a son of Marvin and Janet (Stansbery) Cottrell. He was employed at the Davenport Radisson as a night auditor.
Survivors include his parents Marvin and Janet Cottrell; a brother and sister-in-law Tim and Marsha Cottrell; two nieces and their husbands: Lisa and Greg Bentley and Jessica and Matt McChesney; and three great nieces: Zoe and Teagan Bentley and Xianne McChesney.
