.Robert “Bob” Eugene Hilligoss, 57, of Davenport, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Genesis East Medical Center in Davenport. A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, May, 9, 2016 from 3 to 5 pm at The Vineyard Church in Davenport. Online condolences may be left at www.rungemortuary.com.
Bob was born October 11, 1958 in Aledo, IL; the son of Otis and Mary (Noble) Hilligoss. He had played guitar in a local band for many years and enjoyed riding motorcycles. He was an avid gun enthusiast as well.
Those left to honor his memory include his life-long partner, Mary McDonald; daughters: Ameldi Hilligoss, Davenport and Tearani (Kenneth) Wilson, Rock Island; sister, Barb (Greg) Yandell, Coal Valley; niece, Monica Katzenburger and a nephew, Roberto Ramos.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson, Xsayvion and a brother-in-law, Alex Ramos.
