Ronald "Uncle Ronnie" Fred Meyer

Ronald Meyer “Uncle Ronnie”, 77, of Buffalo, Iowa passed away on Monday, February 19, 2024 at Genesis East Hospital. Cremation rites have been accorded per his wishes. Uncle Ronnie was born on June 28, 1946 in Davenport, Iowa to Fred and Evelyn (Lietz) Meyer. Ronnie served in the United States Army from December 13, 1965 to December 16, 1967. He worked as a Quarry Operator for Lafarge Company for over 30 years. In his earlier years you could find him enjoying the outdoors going hunting and fishing.

Uncle Ronnie is survived by his sister Linda (Jim) Rogers of Buffalo, IA; Nephew Jason (Jodi) Mangels of Blue Grass, IA; Nieces Penny (Mark) Eubank of Blue Grass, IA, Crystal (Ray) Sherwood of Davenport, IA; 6 Great Nephews Brockton Frank of Buffalo, IA, Brandon Mangels of Blue Grass, IA, Laethen Teel of Buffalo, IA, Cash Knock of Blue Grass, IA, Coy and Cole Sherwood of Davenport, IA.

Uncle Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Evelyn Meyer and his Great Niece Kennedi Eve Sherwood.
