Davenport, IA Memorial services for Sharon Kay Morgan, 77, of Davenport, will be 11:00 am on Monday at Grace United Methodist Church, Davenport. Inurnment will take place at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. Family will greet friends on Monday from 10:00 am to service time at the church. Sharon passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at the Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf. Cunnick - Collins Mortuary and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.Sharon Kay Cawiezell was born on December 4, 1940 in Davenport, the daughter of Earl and Dorothy (Thoeming) Cawiezell. She was united in marriage to Marvin Morgan in 1958 in Davenport. She was a 60 year member of Grace United Methodist Church, Davenport. She was active in the Church Women United, the Red Cross Auxillary. She was a die hard Cub’s fan and was thrilled to see them win the World Series. She also loved to watch ice skating on TV.Those left to honor her memory are her husband, Marvin, daughter; Maureen Greth of Erie, IL, son; Todd Morgan of Waconia, MN., daughter; Dawn (Jeremy) Trenez of Ankeny, IA, grandsons; Jeffery, Kyle and Tommy Morgan of MN., Aunt and Uncle; Don and Eunice Cawiezell of Pleasant Prairie, IA, special friend; Judy Stickler of Wyoming, MI, and an “adopted” third daughter, Ida Murray.She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Norman Cawiezell, son-in-law; Doug Greth and "daughter-in-law", Thea Kepler.Memorials may be made to the Grace United Methodist Church General Fund.Remembrances and condolences may be made to the family at www.cunnick-collins.com.The family would like to thank the staff Clarissa C.
