Shawna M. Lantau

A memorial service and time of remembrance for Shawna M. Lantau, 34, of Davenport, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2015 at the Cunnick-Collins Mortuary in Davenport. The family will greet friends from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow the services in Fairmount Cemetery, Davenport. Shawna died unexpectedly on Tuesday, March, 24, 2015 at Genesis Medical Center East Campus in Davenport.Shawna Marie Lantau was born on May 30, 1980 in Davenport, IA the daughter of Richard and Linda (Heiser) Lantau. She was a 1998 graduate of Davenport North High School and went on to provide in home child care until her passing. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and loved children.Surviving members of the family include – her Mother: Linda Lantau of Davenport; 2 Sisters: Tanya (Leah) Perham-Lantau and Hanna (fiancée Bryan Brinkley) Lantau both of Davenport; a Brother: Cody Lantau of Davenport; Hanna’s two sons, her favorite nephews: Richard and Randy; her best friend: Tiffany Warner and her two sons and a daughter who considered Shawna their Aunt; many cousins and friends; and the Ridgeview Clan.She was preceded in death by her grandparents and her father Richard in 2009.
