Visitation will be held from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, at the Runge Mortuary, 838 E. Kimberly Rd. Davenport, IA, followed by a funeral service at the mortuary. She will be laid to rest at a private burial service in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made in her honor to Family Resources. Taylor was born on September 9, 1992, the daughter of Michael McKee and Lisa Rosenberg, in Davenport, IA. She graduated from Rockridge High School.
Taylor was a beautiful soul known for her caring nature, sense of humor, and artistic talents. Her life was filled with love and laughter and she touched the hearts of everyone she met. She had a genuine love for animals, cooking, and her family and friends. Taylor had a deep connection with nature and found joy in spending time with her loved ones.
She is survived by her children, Lila and Julian Escontrias; her parents, Michael (Shari) McKee and Lisa (Curtis, Sr.) Rosenberg; sister, Ashley McKee; brother, Jacob (Molly) McKee; bonus brothers, Jeremy (Bonnie) Turner and Daniel (Laura) Milburn; nieces and nephews, Aryana, Anthony, Alonzo, and Amari; grandmother, Sandra McKee; uncle, Thomas McKee; aunt Stacey (Edward) Johnson; and too many cousins to mention.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Richard McKee, with whom she cherished and held close to her heart and lovingly called her “Manny”.
In her memory, let us remember Taylor for the love she shared, the laughter she brought, and the kindness she showed to all. She will forever be remembered for her unwavering strength and her ability to see beauty in life.
