Thomas J. Stoffers

Cremation will be done and the family will great guest 6:00pm to 8:00pm Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at The Runge Mortuary & Crematory. There will be a celebration of Tom’s life 4:00pm to 6:00pm Thursday at the Gallery Lounge, Davenport. Tom was born March 10, 1960 in Davenport, IA to Jack & Janice (Johnson) Stoffers. He was united in marriage to Lisa McCoy on November 1, 2003 in Davenport. Tom had worked for Stoffers Masonry most of his life and was the owner/ operator at one point. Tom was a St. Louis Cardinal fan, Kansas City Chief fan, an accomplished bowler, very handy at fixing things, and loved his animals. His family was very important to him and he loved spending time with them, especially coaching them.

Survivors include his wife Lisa Stoffers; 4 sons Bradley (Elizabeth) Stoffers, Andrew (Sarah) Martens, Jeffrey Stoffers, & Matthew Stoffers; 5 grandchildren; 4 sisters Penny Rodman, Wendy Simpson, Pam Schirman, & Stacey Fulton; 1 Brother Jack Stoffers; and numerous nieces & nephews.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew Rodney Nettleton.
