Virginia A. McGee, 67, of Davenport, passed away at her home on Thursday, June 12, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, June 19, 2014 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 PM Thursday at the mortuary. Cremation will follow the service. Memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rungemortuary.com.
Ginny married David McGee in 1968. She was active in Davenport Women’s Aglow for several years and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Survivors include her husband, David; children, Scott, Amy and Brian (Renae); grandchildren, Ashlee (Michael), Brady, and Grace; great granddaughter, Mia; and siblings, Tom, Mary, Kathy and Robert.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hugo and Florence Hansen; a sister, Theresa; and a brother, Michael.
Ginny will be greatly missed by her family, especially her grandchildren.
