William “Billy” Howland, 35, of Davenport, Iowa passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 22, 2024.Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday December 6th in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of service. He will be laid to rest in Davenport Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
Billy was born on April 26, 1989 to Steve and Nancy Howland. He graduated from Davenport North High School. He was an appliance repairman at Kaufman Appliance Services.
Billy was the type of person who couldn’t sit still for very long. He was either gaming on the X-box or working on vehicles or appliances. He could fix anything. He loved camping, listening to country music, and helping people in need.
Those left to cherish his memory are: his wife Stephanie Teel, his daughter Harmony, his parents Nancy and Steve Howland, brothers Steven Jr. and Anthony (Ryan), sister Stephanie Shipley(Neal) and nephews Alec and Adam Shipley.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
