Alfred S. Millard, aged 86 years, passed away on January 24, 2026 from a short illness at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. Alf was born in Miamisburg, Ohio and moved with his family to Portsmouth, Ohio where he graduated High School in 1957 and then graduated OU in 1962. Alf served 3 years in the Army. He married Ingrid Dohne(divorced) in 1966 and they moved to Connecticut where Monica was born. Alf met Barbara Butler in 1988 and they married in 1994. He is survived by his daughter, Monica and stepson Ned (Robin) Butler, and stepdaughter Suzanne Butler (Rhett Polston); grandchildren Jake (Courtney), Anabel, and Luke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins he loved. His Funeral Services will be held at St. George’s Episcopal Church in Dayton Ohio 2/7/2026 at 11am. Burial will be 2/13/2026 at noon at Memorial Burial Park in Wheelersburg, Ohio.
