Anthony "Tony" Hernandez

Anthony G Hernandez passed away peacefully at home on October 29, 2021.

Anthony was born December 17, 1973, in Dayton,Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father, Delfino R Hernandez, of Burlington,Colorado, brother Delfino Hernandez, Jr., of La Junta, Colorado, stepfather Robert Seitz of Beavercreek, Ohio, and his uncle Gary Lykins, of Benton, Illinois.

He is survived by his mother, Gail E Seitz, of Beavercreek Township, special aunt Becky England, and other family members, friends and loved ones.

Anthony graduated from Beavercreek High School in 1992, relocated to Las Vegas and Colorado, in 2008, returning to Beavercreek Township in 2010 where he resided with his Mother and stepfather until the time of his death.

Anthony enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was an avid sports enthusiast and supporter of the Ohio State University, the Dallas Cowboys, and NASCAR’s Dale Earnhardt.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Marion’s Pizza in Beavercreek on December 18, 2021 at 2:00PM.

Donations may be made to the Humane Society in lieu of flowers, and in recognition of Anthony’s loyal companion, Mufasa, an English Mastiff.

The family would like to thank Chris Hurley and Jon Teaford, Anthony's friends who became caregivers in the last years of his life.
