Anthony N Onuorah

Onuorah, Anthony N, age 75 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Post-Acute Medical Center, in Miamisburg, Ohio. Anthony was born June 13, 1948 in Enugu-agidi, Anambra State, Nigeria to the late Ekwenugo (father) and Ekegbo (mother) Onuorah. He was also preceded in death by his former wife, Linda Onuorah.

He is survived by four children: David Onuorah, Cecilia Onuorah, Jude Onuorah and Lisa Browning and husband Fernando. Four grandchildren also survive him: Ethan Kilori, Amira Amidan, Samia Amidan and Fernando Browning, Jr.

Anthony immigrated to the US from Nigeria in 1976; he was a 1979 graduate of Central State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He would go on to become the owner of several rental properties and proprietor of ANIF Vending Co. He was a member of Second Baptist Church, Piqua, Ohio where he was an ordained minister. Anthony was a true believer in Jesus Christ and passed this faith onto his family.

There will be a funeral service at the Victory in Power C/O Sounds Words Bldg, 4380 Salem Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45416 Thursday, July 27 at 10:00 am with Bishop Ted C. Willis presiding.
