Betty J. Taylor (nee Ray) passed away peacefully on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the age of 83. She was born in Madison County, Kentucky on 10/29/1936. Betty was preceded in death by her husband Charles “Chuck” Taylor and son, Jeffrey Taylor. She is survived by her children; Mike Taylor, Cathy Taylor, Kim Audretch (Robert), Greg Taylor, David Taylor (Carolyn), Terri Houston (Dave) and Wendy Canfield (Terry) as well as her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Betty was a caregiver her entire life. In addition to raising her children and grandchildren; she also served in the Women’s Army Corp; was a waitress for many years and ended her career as a lab courier. She will be missed immensely.
A Memorial Visitation will be held, Sunday, February 9, 2020, at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek, 3970 Dayton Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home from 11 AM until 1 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 PM with Pastor Terry Bruns officiating.
