She is preceded in death by her parents, Oliver and Ruth Oser, parents-in-law Richard and Florence Norris, brothers Thomas and Dennis Oser, sister-in-law Rita Oser and brother-in-law Richard Ulrich.
Survived by her adoring husband of 48 years, Michael Norris, two daughters Abby Sierschula (Mark) and Anna Hardy (Sam) and four beautiful grandchildren, Charlotte and Rosalie Sierschula, Vivian and Arnie Hardy. Bonnie had a quiet, sweet and gentle nature, but had one of the best senses of humor. She was selfless, thoughtful, supportive, incredibly smart and beautiful inside and out.
Bonnie graduated Barberton High School in 1969. She went on to Miami University where she got a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, but more importantly met the love of her life. They are one of the greatest love stories ever told.
Bonnie worked in accounting for several years before deciding to become a mother, which was her true calling in life. An incredible mother and best friend to two daughters, and answered to “Grammy” or “Miggy” from her grandchildren with much delight. She’d do anything for her family, working selflessly to make their lives better. She was their biggest supporter and fan in all that they did. The love for her family will forever be remembered.
Bonnie loved flowers and gardening. She loved to decorate and had an impeccable eye for design. She was the best entertainer, always serving the best snacks and whipping up a new cocktail making holidays, birthdays, and the every day special. Bonnie was passionate about the Buckeyes and would spiritedly root them on never missing a game. She was a perfectionist through and through and was seemingly great at everything she did. There was nothing she was better at though than making her house a truly special home.
