Carl A. Stienecker

Stienecker, Carl A., age 52, of Kettering passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at The Hospice of Dayton. He was born on October 25, 1958 in Dayton, OH to Edgar and Edith Stienecker, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Cathy Stienecker. Carl is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Sherry L. (Newberry) Stienecker; his loving daughter, Emily A. Stienecker, both of Kettering; his sister, Nancy and husband, Michael Schumacher and their children, Erin, Sarah and Trevor Schumacher, of Oakwood; mother-in-law, Barbara Newberry, of Kettering; brother-in-law, Tim and wife, Becky Newberry and their children, Nick and Ashley Bozarth, of Dayton and many other relatives and friends. Carl was a graduate of Beavercreek High School, Class of 1977 and Miami Jacobs Junior College. He was formerly employed by Bonded Gas Company and Meijers and was a former volunteer firefighter with the Beavercreek Fire Department. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 3, 2011 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2011.
