

COUCH, Charles Wesley, age 93 of Englewood, passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. He was preceded in death by parents Estill and Margaret Couch, siblings Carl, Delmar, Norman, Bill, and Katherine. He is survived by his wife Ilene Couch, daughters Margaret Snyder, Phyllis Ritter and Polly Laconda Parks, sons Charles II (Robin) and Ken (Tammy), sisters Mildred and Charlotte, brothers Reuben (Mary) and Robert (Darlene), grandchildren Paisley, Hunter, Wesley (Sarai), Dylan, Kenneth Jerome, Jerrod, Tammy (Ray), Debbie, Stevie, Annie and Lisa, great-grandchildren Justin, Amanda, Joseph, Kelly and Thomas, great-great-granddaughter Amelia, and numerous nieces and nephews. Charles served in the United States Army during WWII and was a member of the Bushmaster 158th Infantry Regiment, where he spent 41 months in the South Pacific. He retired from Chrysler Air Temp. Charles was a passionate evangelist. He was a life-long Kentucky Wildcats fan who loved watching his grandchildren play football, baseball and basketball. He also loved singing gospel music. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, August 27, 2018 at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. with interment to follow in Mt Zion Park Cemetery.
