Eldridge, Charles Sedois, 94 of Dayton, Ohio passed away January 26, 2019. Charles is preceded in death by his wife, of 60 years, Lou Amy (Kenley) Eldridge: son, Charles Roger Eldridge; and brothers, Oscar J.D. and James Gradon Eldridge. He is survived by his brothers, William Meyers and R.D. (Colleen) Eldridge, granddaughter; Carrie Rebecca Eldridge, special friend Ted Shimp, and numerous nieces and nephews. Charles was a proud World War II veteran. He was a professional painter with the painters union here in Dayton, for over 25 years. Charles was a master mason with the Livingston Tennessee Lodge No. 249. Also, Charles authored a book titled History Tennessee, My People and Me. A visitation will be held for Charles Thursday January 31, from 6 – 9 pm, at Tobias Funeral Home – Belmont Chapel – 648 Watervliet Ave. Dayton, Ohio 45420.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Dayton.
