

Charles E. Williams, age 77 of Huber Heights, passed away Friday, September 28, 2018 at Miami Valley Hospital following a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna Williams, son Scott Williams, his parents Ermer and America Williams, three brothers, and a sister. He is survived by a son, Brady Williams of Kettering, 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and the love of his life, his “sweet-pea” Rita McCulley. He is also survived by 2 sisters: Jean Vaughn of Beavercreek and Jacqueline McGuire of TN, as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews. Charles worked as a foreman for both Speno and Pandrol-Jackson Railways. He was an avid car hobbyist and a member of both the Geezers and Road Knights car clubs. Charles’ family wishes to express their thanks to the staff of the 4th Floor Heart and Vascular Care department of Miami Valley Hospital for the extraordinary care they showed him; he came to call them “Charlie’s Angels”. Friends may call at the Evangel Church of God, 132 N. Smithville Rd. Dayton, OH 45403 on Saturday, October 6, 2008 from 10 AM until 12 Noon. Funeral services will be held at the church on Saturday at 12 Noon. Interment will follow in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
